what are the stats on liquor stores?

Well, I hate taking a 5hit in a public restroom. they are dirty, people piss all over the place and generally the toilet is one of those small ones that i am trying to hold my dick back so it isnt touching the side of the bowl or sitting in the water at any point in time.

With this said,

One time I was down galveston way (why i have no clue) but we ended up having to stop at a walmart for some reason there. As we are wandering through the rural walmart picking up whatever it is we have to pick up.. suddenly my stomach starts hurting like hell. I can tell I have to take a basketball size dump, but I just don't want to do it int a public restroom, let alone a friggin walmart one.

So we continue Our shopping and the feeling gets worse and worse, akin to that alien popping through the guys stomach in the kitchen scene of Aliens. By the time we get to the register, I just cant take it anymore. I am about to 5hit on the register. So finally I break down and make a b-line for the bathroom.

I swear, the minute I hit the seat, the 5hit just started pouring out. I mean like a tsunami. It was as if my a55 had opened up a portal to a dimension made entirely of feces. Log after log just shoots out like the flume ride at disney, and it wont stop.

After 5 or so minutes of non-stop violent crapping, it comes to a stop.. and I have pretty much filled the bowl. I try to flush it down so i can wipe my ass, but it wont go, instead it starts to flow back. so i give up on flushing and stand up to wipe my ass so i dont get anywhere near Mount Shitmore.

As I leave, i see the poor schlep whose turn it was to check off the box and clean the restroom, and i just look at him and shake my head saying "in a minute you are about to question every wrong decision you made in your life that lead up to this moment." and walked out of the store to my wife waiting in the car.

Violent incidents occur at all kinds of shopping centers, strip malls, malls of any kind, discount stores, etc.

There is an entire body of law dealing with the question of whether the property owners or store keepers are liable to victims for violent incidents committed by other people on their premises.

It's night time, and one of the security lights in the Wal Mart parking lot is burned out. As you are loading your purchases into your car, a band of thugs who just escaped from prison jumps you and injures you. Maybe they even kill you.

There's no point in suing the thugs, they have no money, but you or your heirs might be able to sue Wal-Mart. It's Wal-Mart's fault, But for the security light being burned out, none of this would have happened!
